1. What services do you offer?

3. What are your office hours?

5. Do I need to fast for my blood test?

<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">If your test includes cholesterol or lipid levels, please fast for at least 8 hours. Black coffee or plain tea (no sugar or milk) is allowed.</span>

6. Do I need an appointment for blood work?

<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">No appointment is needed just for a blood draw. However, we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability (203) 705-1488.</span>

7. What should I bring to my first appointment?

<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Please bring a valid photo ID, insurance card, medication list, and any previous health records or lab results.</span>

8. Do you accept insurance?

<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. We also see cash-paying patients. Please call to confirm your coverage.</span>

9. How do I schedule an immigration physical?

<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Call us directly to book. We perform USCIS I-693 exams and will guide you through the entire process.</span>

10. How do I request a prescription refill?

<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Use the patient portal or call the office. For controlled substances, regular follow-up visits are required for refills.</span>

11. Do you offer telemedicine (virtual visits)?

<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Televisits are strongly discouraged due to high call volumes and limited capacity. Phone calls are also avoided unless absolutely necessary. We prioritize in-person care for accurate assessment and treatment.</span>

12. What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">We understand that emergencies happen. However, frequent no-shows may result in a penalty or discharge from the practice.</span>
